If you would like to request use of a Library space for your event, please fill out the form below.
Two spaces are available for events at the Library: the Harrison/Small Auditorium, and the Shannon Library’s seminar room 330. There are fees associated with both spaces, and both have capacity for A/V support.
The Harrison/Small auditorium
This is the largest space available, and has the best setup for catering. Seating for up to 190. Read more about setup, fees, and limitations in the Auditorium.
Shannon Library seminar room 330
This room is ideal for workshops, classes, lectures, meetings, and light receptions; good for Zoom integration. Seating for up to 75. Read more about setup, fees, and limitations in the seminar room 330.
