Rachel Land is the Associate Director of Donor Relations for the University Library. In her role, Rachel manages acknowledgment of donors and recognition programs, consults and provides content for publications, and prepares communications on behalf of the Library. Rachel also manages all advancement event planning and execution.

She brings a background of professional experience in university archives, museums, art galleries, and public-school libraries. She completed her bachelor's degree in art history at Kansas State University in 2017 and received her Master of Library and Information Science in 2025 through Indiana University. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, quilting, reading, and playing the flute in a Richmond wind ensemble.
