The Gilbert Schuyler Bahn Endowed Fund was established in 1993 in remembrance of the service to America of Governor Paul Vories McNutt of Indiana, Senator Alva Blanchard Adams of Colorado, and Senator Guy Mark Gillette of Iowa. The fund is devoted to the acquisition and preservation of works in American History from its colonial beginnings forward, preferably relating to the growth, development, expression, and appreciation of the American system of government.
